With a desire to address the industry's predominant culture of mediocrity and deficient ethics, he established his firm, Cope Inventory Service. Todd's exceptional ability to manage audit operations, evaluate accurately, and estimate audit requirements is unprecedented. His wealth of experience is an asset in providing precise and equitable project bidding information.

Benjamin McMillen

Chief Executive Officer

Ben has a diverse range of experience across multiple industries, ranging from food service, warehouse management, medical equipment service, and Non-Profit, to his military service in the United States Air Force. During his tenure in the military, he received technical training in medical equipment maintenance and inventory management. Throughout his employment history, he has honed his customer service and personnel skills. In 2018, he joined an auditing team and discovered an innate talent for counting, surpassing the accuracy of his colleagues. Driven by his passion for establishing a company that prioritizes integrity and values for its employees, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and is committed to manifesting his vision.

Austin Anderson boasts extensive experience in auditing and inventory management, cultivated through a diverse range of professional roles. This includes ownership and management of Accurate Inventory Management, contracting as an auditor at ECIS, and working in sales and inventory management capacities at Fastenal and Cellular Sales Verizon. Possessing exceptional mathematical skills, pattern recognition abilities, and customer service expertise, Austin's organizational talents make him a highly valued asset in any organizational setting. As Chief Operating Officer of A.I.M, Austin has demonstrated unwavering dedication and commitment, playing a pivotal role in the company's structural development and online presence. He oversaw the project timeline, supervised the creation of the company logo, and built the original website. Austin's practical approach and diligent work ethic have been invaluable to the company's day-to-day operations, while his passion, discipline, and unwavering dedication are evident in all that he does.

Director of Sales

Thomas has a proven track record as a Project Manager, Team Leader, and Sales Professional, with vast expertise in team management, fostering growth, and boosting revenue.
